Trial Carriers run supervised carries with an assigned supervisor. Progress tracks successful and failed runs against a target of 5 successful supervised runs, plus supervisor notes, before a pass or fail decision at review.
Carrier availability
Carriers set themselves Online, Available, Busy or Offline from the carrier control centre. Availability drives assignment and the queue's wait estimates.
